Kivoro™ Shipping Policy

At our store, we work to ensure that your orders arrive safely and within the established timeframes.

Order Processing

All orders require 3 to 4 business days for preparation before shipping. During this time, we verify your purchase, package the products, and prepare them for the courier company.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, the order takes approximately 10 to 15 business days to arrive. In exceptional cases, shipping may extend up to a maximum of 20 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Address

The order will only be shipped to the address registered at the time of purchase. If the first delivery attempt fails, a reshipment can be processed, provided the failure of the initial delivery is confirmed.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds only apply once the customer has received the product. Returns or refunds cannot be processed while the order is in transit or in the process of delivery.
